首先文件名统一，创建插件文件夹，插件文件夹里创建hook文件夹、view文件夹、以及conf.json (这个可以复制其他的插件的来修改)
1、hook文件夹
创建文件名：index_route_case_start.php
文件内容：
case '文件名': include _include(APP_PATH.'plugin/插件文件夹名称/view/htm/文件名.htm'); break;
2、view文件夹里创建htm文件夹，htm文件夹创建下面的
创建文件名：文件名.htm
